Your product from idea to reality smoothly

Our skilled and professional staff works with you to design and manufacture your products and develop new products for the market – cost-effectively, for your benefit.

We work with you on a wide range of products. We will visit you to inspect the target and design, for example, various protective hoods, covers, etc with you.

We make patterns, fit prototypes as well as cut and manufacture the approved products in our production facility. Together with our team, we consider different solutions for the product structure and manufacture with a view to cost-effectiveness.

We are able to receive your finished patterns in specific file formats and convert them to fit the automatic cutter.

The SNT-Group way of working is not so much to be a separate supplier but to save costs and time by combining the strengths of both by adding our expertise in materials and product development to your ideas and existing processes.

Techniques and details about pattern making

We will make the patterns according to the dimensions you provide or we can visit you on site to make the patterns. You can also send us the finished patterns either as paper/cardboard patterns or in digital format. We can also make the patterns according to the finished product you send us.

Recommended file formats for digital files:

– ASTM (separate DXF & RUL files)
– Accumark V7 (Gerber compressed zip file, up to Version 7 only: formulas made with newer software must be converted to V7 by the customer)
– DXF file
